How long will my print take to arrive?
Please allow up to 2 weeks for your order to be dispatched, however, the majority of orders will be dispatched within a few days. You will receive tracking information the moment your order is dispatched.

What are the dispatch policies?
For the UK, EU, and the rest of the world (ROW), items are sent is shipped rolled in a tube.
This policy helps ensure that items are shipped in the most appropriate and safe manner based on their size and destination.

What is the policy on returns?
My work is made to order, so we cannot accept returns. However if your print is damaged in transit, or in the very unlikely event that it arrives with a defect, we will replace it.

What if my print gets damaged in transit?
If a print gets damaged in transit we will replace it. We will ask for some images or video of the damage so we can supply this to the shipping service to cover the insurance.

I've placed an order, what next?

Great, so your order has now been sent to the print studio and will soon be produced. As all our art prints is made to order, meaning we we remove any unnecessary waste by only printing what sells. Don’t worry, this doesn’t mean there’s painfully long production and delivery times, as our studios operate 24/7, with over 80% of products being manufactured and shipped within 48 hours.

Can I track my orders?
All order are sent tracked and you’ll receive tracking info via email once dispatched

Can I change/cancel my order?
Once an order is put into production, it is automatically booked by our shipping partner and production goes into several automated flows, so it is difficult to change or cancel an order. Please feel free to contact us at info@kanvacollective.com and we will see what we can do.
